How Rapid Prototyping Works

Software at the speed of thought. We sit down with experts, capture what the automotive industry actually needs, and turn those ideas into working software — fast. If it sticks, awesome. If not? On to the next idea.

Capture

Sit Down With the Experts

The dev team sits down with a subject-matter expert and encourages them to share ideas that could benefit the automotive industry or improve our own internal workflows. The thinking is transitive — by eliminating friction on simpler tasks, we free everyone up to tackle more creative, higher-value problems. We also explore what software the auto industry is missing and could actually use. The output is raw meeting notes — unfiltered, conversational, and full of real insight.

2
Distill

AI-Powered Summary

Those meeting notes get fed into AI to produce a clean, structured summary — stripping out the tangents and surfacing the core ideas, pain points, and opportunities. This gives us a concise artifact that anyone can read and understand without having been in the room.

3
Define

Summary Becomes a BRD

The summary, with some tweaks and targeted prompting, is expanded into a full Business Requirements Document. This is the bridge between a rough idea and something an engineer can build from — scope, features, constraints, and acceptance criteria, all generated in a fraction of the time it would normally take.

4
Build

AI-Assisted Scaffolding & Architecture

The BRD is handed off to AI coding tools that scaffold and architect entire systems — database schemas, API routes, UI templates, the whole stack. Subsequent changes come by way of plain-text conversation with the coding tool. No design meetings. No mockups. No waiting on sprint cycles. Just describe what you want and watch it take shape.

5
Iterate

Owner-Driven Refinement

Once a prototype reaches a comfortable state, tweaks can come directly from the project owner — no developer middleman required for every small change. The person closest to the problem has a direct line to the product. This collapses the feedback loop from days to minutes.

6
Ship or Pivot

If It Sticks, Awesome. If Not? Next Idea.

This flow enables rapid prototyping never seen before in software. Less need for design meetings. Less need for mockups. Software at the speed of thought. We validate ideas by building them, not by debating them in a conference room. The ones that resonate grow. The ones that don't taught us something — and we move on.

The Bottom Line

An expert's insight combined with AI-driven development means we go from "what if?" to "try it yourself" in days instead of months. Every idea gets a fair shot. Every prototype is a real, working thing you can touch — not a slide deck.
